depends on the product sold.Our company is based in North Carolina. Shipping
ranges on east coast to midwest at an average of 250.00. Some states are
less. For exact quotes give us an email with you city and zip and we can
quote you one. All items going to west coast or CA Or AZ WA NV Wy NM are
380.00 as we control those costs. We have no problem if buyer wants to arrange
their own shipping. We will still package the item. If not satisfied with
our products, return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. A 10 percent
restocking fee is for all items returned within the first ten days. All
used games are wrapped in shrink wrap and cardboarded then shrink wrapped
again. Game is then strapped to a pallet. We have not had any major problems
with current shippers. Buyer can make claims with motor carriers .. We put
insurance on UPS and US Postal service items. Once an order is placed we
can usually have your game arrive within 3-4 business days. We provide you
with the tracking number in which to keep up with the game and provide notes
in which to unpack the game. If you track us thru eBay under the name of
Homezone or Allstar, you will see that we have a good reputation in shipping
